When you subscribe, we collect:

Contact details: first and last name, WhatsApp number, email address.
Service details: license plate, building, floor and parking spot number.
Wash records: photos taken by our team as proof that a wash was completed, and the date/time of each wash.
Payment information: your card payment is processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we only keep a reference to your Stripe customer and subscription.

2. How we use your information

To provide and schedule your car washes.
To send you confirmations and service messages on WhatsApp.
To process your monthly subscription payment.
To respond to your questions and support requests.
To operate, maintain and improve the service.
