Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WashMyCar car-wash subscription service ("WashMyCar", "we", "us", "our"), operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

WashMyCar provides a recurring car-washing service performed at your registered parking spot within the buildings we serve (currently Azizi Riviera, Dubai). A standard subscription includes three (3) exterior washes per week, covering the car body, windows and rims. After each completed wash you receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp.

2. Subscription & billing

• The subscription price is AED 150 per month, billed on a recurring monthly basis.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• We do not store your full card details; these are handled directly by Stripe.

3. Cancellation & refunds

• You may cancel at any time. To cancel, contact us at [email protected].
• Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid month, and washes continue until then.
• We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the current billing period.

4. Service delivery & your car

• Your car must be parked in the registered parking spot on scheduled wash days so our team can access it.
• If your car is not present, the wash for that day is automatically rescheduled to a later date; missed washes caused by the car being absent or inaccessible are not refunded or credited.
• Our team may take a photo of the car as proof that a wash was completed.
• We take reasonable care during each wash. WashMyCar is not responsible for pre-existing damage, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected monthly subscription.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information (name, WhatsApp number, license plate, building, floor and parking spot).
• Keep your car reasonably accessible on wash days.
• Notify us of any change to your details or parking location.

6. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update the service, pricing or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you (for example by WhatsApp or email) with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
